Resetear controles parentales en receptor DirecTV D11 (volver a "Allow All")

Restablecer controles parentales a valores por defecto (D11/estándar)

Por defecto, DirecTV está en "Allow All" (todo permitido). Para resetear: quitar TODOS los bloqueos activos uno a uno.

Pasos

1. MENÚ → Parental Control, Favs, and Setup → Parental Controls → Edit Settings.
2. Verás lista de bloqueos activos. Para resetear: Eliminar cada uno.
3. Adult Channels: Selecciona → Show Adult (quitar bloqueo).
4. Ratings: Selecciona → Pon límite más alto (ej. TV-MA, NC-17) o "Allow All" si existe.
5. Channel Blocks: Selecciona → Allow All (quitar bloqueos canales).
6. Spending Limits: Pon $0 o "No Limit".
7. Hours Restrictions: Quita restricciones horarias.

Nota

• Requiere PIN parental actual.
• Si olvidaste PIN: Ver artículo 1008041688 (llamar 800-531-5000).
• Modelos Genie/HD-DVR: Menús similares pero rutas pueden variar (Settings → Parental).
