Cómo aumentar la velocidad de descarga en Firefox (about:config)

Un navegador más rápido no solo descarga archivos más rápido, sino que también carga páginas web más veloz. Dentro de Firefox hay multitud de opciones. Entendiéndolas, desbloquearás descargas y renderizado más rápidos.

Ajustar el archivo de configuración (about:config)

Paso 1

Inicia Firefox.

Paso 2

Escribe "about:config" en la barra de direcciones. Pulsa Enter.

Paso 3

Haz clic en "Tendré cuidado, lo prometo".

Paso 4

Escribe "network.http.pipelining" en filtro. Pulsa Enter. Doble clic para poner valor "True".

Paso 5

Escribe "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests". Pulsa Enter. Doble clic y pon valor "8".

Paso 6

Escribe "network.http.proxy.pipelining". Pulsa Enter. Doble clic a "True".

Paso 7

Escribe "network.dns.disableIPv6". Pulsa Enter. Doble clic a "True".

Paso 8

Clic derecho en ventana about:config > "Nuevo" > "Booleano".

Paso 9

Escribe "content.interrupt.parsing" en cuadro, clic "Aceptar". Elige "True".

Paso 10

Clic derecho > "Nuevo" > "Entero".

Paso 11

Escribe "content.max.tokenizing.time", clic "Aceptar". Escribe "2000000", clic "Aceptar".

Paso 12

Clic derecho > "Nuevo" > "Entero".

Paso 13

Escribe "content.notify.interval", clic "Aceptar". Escribe "750000", clic "Aceptar".

Paso 14

Clic derecho > "Nuevo" > "Booleano".

Paso 15

Escribe "content.notify.ontimer", clic "Aceptar". Elige "True", clic "Aceptar".

Paso 16

Escribe "nglayout.initialpaint.delay", clic "Aceptar". Escribe "0", clic "Aceptar".
